Seven drivers competing on this weekend’s NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Collection races at Street America may also run the Trans Am Collection’ TA-2 assist race on the Wisconsin street course.
The group contains Cup Collection regulars Christopher Bell, Ryan Newman and Austin Dillon; Xfinity Collection regulars Harrison Burton and Riley Herbst; and Xfinity part-timers Sam Mayer and Ty Gibbs.
The TA-2 class contains Chevrolet Camaros, Ford Mustangs and Dodge Challengers with engines restricted to only underneath 500 horsepower.
